Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during peak seasons but is normally 1 business day.

  • US shipping takes 7 business day.

  • International shipping times vary.

  • Customers can be held responsible for shipping overage in peak seasons.

  • Once an order has been scanned by USPS or UPS, C&A Crafts is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  • Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier for missing or damaged shipments.
